Sources of information

StoryIQ only processes data you have provided or that StoryIQ registers based on your interaction and the use of our services. In certain cases, StoryIQ may supplement this data with information from third parties for the purpose of evaluating and improving our digital channels and services.

Data retention We will only keep your personal information for as long as it is necessary for the purposes set out in this privacy policy, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law (such as tax, accounting or other legal requirements). No purpose in this policy will require us keeping your personal information longer than 36 months.

Further, personal data will not be stored for longer than is necessary considering the purposes of the processing and, in general, StoryIQ will delete personal data in the manner which follows from applicable laws and in accordance with our Retention Policy. 3rd party access

In cases where it is necessary for StoryIQ to carry out our services, we may retain external suppliers (processors) for services in connection to our digital channels or our services.
