Working in close collaboration with internal L&D leaders, StoryIQ developed a tailored learning journey that upskilled Globe’s broad staff base in data analysis and data storytelling skills. The solution involved training 2,500 learners, culminating in an NPS score of 83. Leveraging both in-person and virtual delivery modalities, our training solution involved the deployment of both small classroom courses and 1-hour webinars, enabling staff to learn wherever and however they learn best.
